Prices for 2025

Our wedding package includes three days for your special event.

*Friday arrive at venue to decorate, have your rehearsal dinner and see to any last minute details before your big day.

*Saturday...this is your day!  Relax, gather with your friends and family and enjoy this day!

*Sunday is reserved for you to come back to clean up after all the excitement and remove your personal items, decorations, etc. 

Quinceanera packages include three days for your event up to 150 people.

*Friday from noon to 8pm to set up and rehearse

*Saturday morning 8am arrive to finish any last minute details.  Then in the afternoon/evening enjoy your time with friends and family!

*Sunday you may return to clean up after all your fun, take down decorations and any items you may have left behind. 

Company picnic? Christmas Party. We have the space you need. Our 

Banquet package covers all the amenities our barn has to offer for up to 120 people. 

You'll have access to the barn from 8 am to midnight the day of your event and the next day to return for clean up.  If you need additonal help with set up and tear down, let us know and arrangements can be made!

*Miscellaneous decorations for you to choose from 

*Large Serving Kitchen

*2 fridge/freezer combos

*2 large bathrooms with ADA access

*Heated/Air conditioned building

*Outdoor heaters for when it gets a little chilly 

*Landscaping throughout property

*Plenty of Parking

*Located outside of Othello in private setting

*Surrounded by apple orchards for relaxing and beautiful atmosphere

*Maximum occupancy for indoor/outdoor event is 200

*Maximum occupancy for indoor event is 150

*Music is required to be off at midnight and guests vacated before 1am

*If you want to serve alcohol you must obtain a Permit through WSLCB

*We are available at any time to answer questions or if you need on-site help in anyway to make your event run smoothly don't hesitate to ask!

*Phoenix Family Farm reserves the right to ask guests to leave at anytime for innappropriate behavior.
