Our indoor area has 2400 square feet of open space within an additional 400 square feet that include two separate bathrooms and a kitchen. Also, we have an additional 2000 square feet of dedicated outdoor space weather permitting.

Yes, we do require a deposit at time of signing a contract. The deposit holds your date and will not be refunded if you cancel the event. However, once your event is held, deposit will be returned within 7 days, minus any damages that may have occurred.
